The updated program can be found in the pdf file, linked below. Depending on the speakers to be confirmed, we will reorganise to include two more talks from NEREID partners on key aspects of the Road Map (Materials/Equipment and Design/Architecture). It may mean an earlier start on Friday.
For registration requires you to visit the online registration page. We should be grateful if you would fill it in since we will use this to confirm the number of rooms to the hotel ***by the end of April***.
We have reserved a block of rooms for the nights of Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th May on bed and breakfast basis. The cost is covered by the workshop for participants whose invitation letters mentioned this explicitely. For other participants payment will have to be made directly to the hotel. The cost will be between 130-135 euros per night including breakfast. The workshop will cover lunches, dinner and coffee breaks for all registered participants. The most convenient airport is “Barcelona International Airport El Prat” (BCN).
Please let us know **your arrival and departure flights and times** via registration. We will arrange a shuttle or two to meet most participants free of charge, once we know your arrival details. For the return we will consider taxis or shuttle depending on the number of participants and timing leaving Sitges on Friday afternoon/evening. We will let you know the times of the shuttles when we have the arrival details of participant at the latest on Monday 8th May.
Participants/speakers who have been offered travel support, please keep safely your receipts, itinerary and boarding passes. You will be given an expenses claim form on site for the promised amount.
All meals will take place in the hotel, except the Workshop dinner, the location of which will be announced later. All meals will be covered by the workshop for all participants. You are asked to indicate during registration if you will join us to confirm numbers to the hotel. We should be grateful if you would advice there as well if any allergies or food preferences (vegetarian, etc) exist, to alert the hotel and restaurant.
