Welcome to the download page for NEREID's "NanoElectronics Roadmap for Europe". The document has been written by the project partners according to the discussion and consultation process organised by the project NEREID. It is anchored in the grand technological challenges in information processing, communications, based on memory and logic devices, circuits and architectures with a view to the time when CMOS scaling begins to loose some ground. The
document was compiled by the EU H2020 ICT project NEREID, based on presentations and discussions during the workshop series held between November 2015 and August 2018.

Please note, that the number of printed copies is restricted, as those have been produced on request during the project duration of NEREID. If you did not order your printed copy until December 15, 2018, you have to cover the cost for the postal delivery, which will depend on your home country.
